ABOUT THE THERAPIES
Reflexology offers a light and relaxing experience that goes beyond mere relaxation. By stimulating reflex points on the feet, it enhances circulation, reduces stress, and fosters a deep sense of relaxation.
Swedish Massage is a gentle, relaxing massage designed to alleviate the tension our muscles carry, which we encounter every day.
Therapeutic Oncology Massage - light touch treatment from head to toe. Relieve tension, using slow effleurage strokes.
MLD: Manual lymphatic drainage treatment: This treatment focuses on rejuvenating your immune system through a gentle, rhythmic routine that stimulates the lymph nodes. The lymph nodes can become sluggish for many reasons, which may manifest as a bloated feeling or unexplained exhaustion.
Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper muscles, focusing on those that are often neglected due to poor posture, and helps other muscles to function correctly.
Hot Stone Massage - using heated basalt stones aids circulation and deep relaxation.

Reflexology: tailored sessions that utilise gentle thumb pressure on specific reflex points of the feet to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and restore balance.
Manual lymphatic drainage: another light treatment that focuses on your immune system. By stimulating the Lymph nodes, aiding in clearing and flushing out toxins. The rhythm calms your central nervous system, and your body goes into a natural state of relaxation.
Therapeutic Oncology Massage

This treatment is adaptive to ensure you're comfortable, seated or lying down. Applying a soft, light touch incorporating long effleurage strokes from head to toe.

Relaxing, and deeper therapeutic massages are designed to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and enhance physical and mental rejuvenation.
